Services

WallMasters provides TV mounting, media wall, and accent wall installation services in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. All services are subject to technician availability and site conditions.

Booking and Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, incomplete site access, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

Scope of Work

All work is performed as described in your booking or quote. Additional work not included in the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding. We do not add unauthorized charges.

Liability

WallMasters takes care in every installation. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, damage caused by undisclosed wall conditions (e.g., concealed electrical, plumbing, or non-standard framing), or damage resulting from customer-supplied hardware.

Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you have concerns about an installation, contact us within 5 business days and we will address the issue promptly.
