Our bread and butter. Precise placement, stud-anchored mounts, clean wire concealment. Most jobs done in under two hours.

Custom-built entertainment walls from Economy to Signature Custom. Real carpentry. Real millwork. Serious craftsmanship.
Accent Walls
Shiplap, slat panels, board and batten, millwork. One wall transforms the entire room. Built clean, built level, built to last.

You will learn our systems, our standards, and how we communicate with customers. We check in regularly, give direct feedback, and help you get better every week. The goal is simple: confidence and competence.

Onboarding
Paperwork, equipment, company overview. You meet the team and learn how we operate.
Shadow period
Ride along with a senior installer. Watch the process. Ask questions. Learn the standard.
Guided installs
You start doing the work with support. Direct coaching on technique, communication, and cleanup.
Solo certification
Once you are ready, you run jobs on your own. Full trust, full accountability, full support.

You are handy, detail oriented, and comfortable with power tools. You like working clean and finishing strong. Experience helps but we train.
Install TeamMedia Wall Builder
You have carpentry or finish work experience. You understand framing, millwork, and how to read a plan. You care about how things look when they are done.
Build TeamOperations & Scheduling
You are organized, good with people, and can juggle a busy calendar without dropping anything. You keep the trains running on time.
